Looking for work in Poland?

We do not send CVs into the void. First we look at the papers you hold and the work you want, then we find an employer that can hire you with those papers.

Where our candidates usually start

  • Warehouses and logistics centres
  • Production and assembly lines
  • Bakeries and food plants
  • Other employers, including outside Warsaw

Already hold papers allowing legal work? Then it moves fastest: usually one conversation and a referral to the employer.

Apply

No papers yet

That is not the end of the conversation. We check the grounds of your stay and say what is missing for legal work: an employer declaration, a permit, or a change in the grounds of your stay.

  • We explain what you can do today and what has to wait for the papers
  • We run the residence case alongside the job search
  • We do not promise a decision by the authorities: that does not depend on an agency

Open positions

These are the openings we have today. The list changes weekly, so if your line of work is not here, write to us: we often know about a job before it reaches the listings.

Your trade is not on the list?

Leave a note with one sentence about what you are looking for. We get in touch as soon as an opening matches your documents.

Register for later

Above are all the openings we have today. Warehouse, production and bakery work comes up less often: leave a request and we will get in touch at the next opening that fits your papers.

The 31.40 zł gross rate is the statutory hourly minimum. Where a workplace pays more, we say so in the advert rather than at signing.

No CV to hand? Leave your name and number. We call back during office hours and ask the rest ourselves.

We will use your number only to contact you about this request. Details: privacy policy.

Need workers?

We look for people for a specific post and shift. With foreign workers we handle the papers and track the deadlines; legal liability stays with the employer.

Who we find

  • Production and warehouse workers
  • Staff for bakeries and food plants
  • Night and weekend shifts
  • Candidates from Poland and abroad
I need workers How we work with companies →

What we keep track of for you

  • Declaration entered in the register: notice that work has started within 7 days of the start
  • Declaration entered in the register: notice that work has not started within 14 days of the date in the declaration
  • Single permit: the worker has 15 working days to notify the voivode of a lost job, and we remind them
  • A contract in a language the worker understands, and a complete file

Illegal employment carries a fine from 3,000 zł per foreign worker. We review the team's papers before an inspection, not after one.
