- Declaration entered in the register: notice that work has started within 7 days of the start

- Single permit: the worker has 15 working days to notify the voivode of a lost job, and we remind them
- A contract in a language the worker understands, and a complete file
Illegal employment carries a fine from 3,000 zł per foreign worker. We review the team's papers before an inspection, not after one.
